While perusing his degree in Business Management at the University of Texas Arlington, Jeff worked as a framer and electrician during the summers, developing a strong foundation in construction. His passion led him to co-found Weatherstone Homes with his father Mike Moore, in 1995. Since then, Jeff has overseen all aspects of construction and continues to lead the company with decades of hands-on experience. As a licensed TREC professional home inspector, Jeff stays current with building codes and industry standards. He is also an IECC (International Energy Conservation Code) Certified Residential B1 Inspector and certified in residential energy code.
Jill Moore joined the company in 2000 and enjoys working closely with homeowners on design and selections, helping bring their vision to life.
