Dear Jeff,
It is not often in today’s hurried business world that we get to say thank you for a job well done. But, I suppose building someone a home is more than just a business transaction. A home is very personal and you treated it that way from the beginning. I remember our first meeting. James, Jr. and I were anxious to meet with you to see how we could renovate and expand an old house into something more livable. You impressed us that day with your technical knowledge, as well as your warmth and sincerity. And you built us an elegant home.
What we probably appreciated most throughout the process was your ability to calmly and professionally manage a myriad of logistical issues, unforeseen weather conditions and last minute changes and upgrades which I continued to interject. I cannot imagine all the behind the scenes management that a project like this requires. Your tradesmen were all professional and highly skilled. The construction on our home was probably more complex than most Weatherstone Homes projects. Our house is remote from town and included extensive renovation and expansion. As soon as the first home was completed, we asked you to begin construction on our daughter Laura’s home next door. You did all this with grace and professionalism. You exceeded our expectations.
It is for these reasons that I wanted to take a minute to write an unsolicited letter to say “Thank You” for building our family two homes which we hope to enjoy for many generations to come.
Best wishes,
